Founded on a gap we saw firsthand.
Construction managers with a real background in general contracting are rare. That gap — between managing a project on paper and knowing how it actually gets built — is where projects lose time and money. Keystone was founded to close it.
We built the firm on three principles: extensive practical experience, unwavering cost-efficiency, and solution-driven project management. Every engagement gets the same standard, whether it’s a fast-track tenant improvement or a ground-up build.

Parinaz Aghili
Principal
A Civil Engineer by training and a former General Contractor, Parinaz has spent over 15 years in construction — from major infrastructure like the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge and Presidio Parkway Tunnels to high-end, fast-paced tenant improvements across the Bay Area.
She brings a builder’s mindset to project management: practical, cost-effective, and solution-oriented, shaped by years of working every side of the building process.
