For a confidential client’s Sunnyvale campus, Keystone managed the construction of a one-of-a-kind employee entertainment space spanning both interior and exterior scopes. Inside, a state-of-the-art golf simulator anchors the space; outside, a whimsical mini-golf course, bocce ball area, custom yurts, and a DIY creative studio turn the campus grounds into a full amenity destination.
Projects like this don’t follow a standard playbook — simulator technology integration, exterior sitework, and specialty structures each carry their own trades, vendors, and inspection paths.
