Overview
When the power went out, Keystone stepped in.
After an arc flash incident knocked out power at a 150,000 SF mixed-use industrial site in San Carlos, the multi-tenant property — integrated office and warehouse spaces — was running on costly temporary generators. Keystone stepped in to spearhead the re-energization and main switchboard replacement.
Collaborating closely with PG&E and McMillan Electric, Keystone orchestrated the project and accelerated the timeline by more than eight months — managing the safe installation of new switchgear, a concrete landing pad, and a submetering system. The property was meticulously restored, and every tenant kept their business running throughout.
