Overview
Four warehouses. One phased delivery.
The San Francisco Produce Market project is a phased, ground-up construction of four industrial produce warehouses, each ranging from 80,000 to 90,000 square feet — critical infrastructure for the city’s food distribution network.
Keystone oversees every facet: project programming, design milestones, schedule, budget, and capital planning, along with building and vetting the project team and leading engagement with city and local authorities. Ground-up work at this scale lives or dies on entitlements, phasing logic, and agency coordination — exactly the terrain where a CM who has built before earns their keep.
